3. Real Property Disclosure
Here you will find a copy of the “RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY DISCLOSURE REPORT”. This a mandatory document that must be completed by a seller. This report is a disclosure in compliance with the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act.
4. Lead Based Paint Disclosure
Here you will find a copy of the “DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LEAD-BASED PAINT AND/OR LEAD-BASED PAINT HAZARDS”. This a mandatory document that must be completed for any residential dwelling that was built prior to 1978.
5. Radon Disclosure
Here you will find a copy of the “DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON RADON HAZARDS”. This a mandatory document that must be completed for any residential dwelling that is a Single Family Home, or unit that is on a 2nd floor or below.
